What a boss.

It's a shame Lechler is entrenched in Oakland. This King kid has a freaking leg and will be starting for a team this season.

very classy move by the kid.

Yeah its certainly going to be one of, if not the best position battle on the team. Maybe not for the starting spots, but overall. We have six or seven guys that could all make the roster, really intersted to see how many we keep and who those guys will be.

The locks are DHB, Moore, Ford, and Criner imo. After that its up for grabs with the likes of Streater, Murphy, etc.

Yeah! Ours!

Yeah, not so sure about that.

I wouldnt be surprised if it went either way. Shane is the best in the business, but hes also far and away the most expensive punter. Its going to come down to just how good King can be and how much McKenzie is willing to pay a punter.

Word is that Moore injured his hammy, hopefully that doesn't become a theme

I don't think age is the issue with Lechler. Kickers/Punters can play into their 40s. He will be 36 when the season starts.

What it all comes down to (like LLWFC said) is his price tag and how the staff views King as a player. I hope we can find a spot for him, because he sounds promising (and hard working too).

Since some noise was made about McClain getting beat by Ausberry yesterday I thought I would add he followed up with a good day today including an INT.

**VIDEO** Rod Streater post practice

**VIDEO** Terrelle Pryor post practice

Streater seems like a good guy but definitely not used to interviews haha.

Why would Criner be a lock and not Streater? Seems Streater has been every bit as impressive as Criner and has was taking first team reps already.

IMO. WRs will be DHB, Ford, Moore, Murphy, Criner, Streater. Calhoun is my wild card to unseat Murphy.

McGee, Carrier will go on the PS.

Pretty much how I see it at this point. Murph seems to be the only one of those 6 that we are unsure about but wouldnt surprise me at all if he sticks and has a good year.

+1. Murph was better than DHB coming out, but development stalled due to injuries and falling down the depth chart.

I think he will prove he's got game and his best ball is ahead of him.

We said we wanted Streater in the draft. But we opted for Criner over him, meaning that we preferred him. So why would we keep Streater over him?

And Streater only got reps in with the 1's because Criner is DHB's backup and Streater is Moore's. And Moore had the hammy. Its in one of Levi Damien's articles.

Who cares where they were drafted. Comes down to who performs better, period.

And technically, Raiders draft Crawford over him in the 6th right?

And according to reports, Criner is the star of camp. Not Streater. He would be if not for Criner according to everything I've seen. Which means he hasn't played as well to me. And that goes along with the best player getting the roster spot.

Did you read the part about why he got in with the 1's?
