I've been a Titans fan since 1999. Right when they moved to Tennessee, so this only includes games from 1999-present. This does NOT include Houston, or the Tennessee Oilers days. This list isn't perfect, but it'll be good for debate and IMO is a good estimate.

Just a few notes:
-For the overall list I included a few losses, but not many. Like 3-4 if I'm not mistaken. These are generally (not all) regular season games where we showed potential, or weren't favored and overachieved. Games like the 2000 and 2008 playoff losses against Baltimore aren't included. We played like crap and should have won. Other than these few exceptions, only wins are included in the list.
-I will list 5 games a day as of right now.

Games that did not make the cut:
16-10 over Steelers (1999)
24-14 over Bengals (1999)
33-21 over Browns (1999)
14-11 over Ravens (1999)
23-14 over Bengals (2000)
24-10 over Browns (2000)
20-7 over Bengals (2001)
31-15 over Browns (2001)
28-24 over Jags (2001)
23-14 over Jags (2002)
13-3 over Texans (2002)
38-31 over Falcons (2003)
30-17 over Jags (2003)
27-12 over Saints (2003)
10-3 over Jags (2003)
24-19 over Lions (2004)
18-15 over Jags (2004)
27-20 over Bengals (2004)
13-10 over Texans (2005) (possibly the worst game I've ever watched)
34-20 over Texans (2005)
33-22 over 49ers (2005)
26-17 over Chiefs (2007)
10-6 over Jets (2007)
20-13 over Falcons (2007)
28-9 over Browns (2008)
17-13 over Seahawks (2009)
34-27 over 49ers (2009)
23-17 over Jags (2011)
27-10 over Colts (2011)
17-13 over Broncos (2011)

Some notes about the games that didn't make it:
-Yes I realize there are 4 games from our SB run in 1999 that didn't make the list. Let's face it, as great as we did in the playoffs, we got off easy on our regular season schedule. Played the Bengals twice, Browns twice, and a bad Steelers team twice.
-You might be surprised to see no games from our 6-10 season in 2010 didn't make the cut. IMO our wins were really really good, and our losses were really really bad that year.

Now without further ado, the first 10 games on the list.

Top 100 Games in Tennessee Titans History
100. Tennessee Titans at New Orleans Saints: October 17, 1999
Final Score: 24-21 Titans

Before the Game:
The Titans were 4-1. After winning their first game, the Saints lost their next 3.

The Game:
After Trailing by 10 at halftime, Neil O'Donnell tossed 2 touchdowns in the 4th quarter to lead the Titans to a narrow 24-21 win over the Saints on the road. Ricky Williams was held to 35 rushing yards in 17 attempts.

Offensive MVP:
Neil O'Donnell (2 Pass TD's)

Defensive MVP:
Donald Mitchell (42 yard INT TD return to put Titans up for good)

Other Notes:
Was a close decision including this game on the list. I decided to include it mainly because there's already 4 other games from 1999 not on the list.

Box Score:
http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/199910170nor.htm

99. Tennessee Titans at Pittsburgh Steelers: January 2, 2000
Final Score: 47-36 Titans

Before The Game: The Titans were heading into the last game of the season and the new millenium hoping for a Jags loss to get the number 1 seed.

The Game: Our starters only played about half the game, en route to a 47-36 win.

Offensive MVP:
Steve McNair (TD pass)

Defensive MVP:
Jevon Kearse (Sack)

Other Notes:
Was not going to include this game. Realized that this game is tied along with another for most points scored in Titans history. Basically being included just because of that, and it did cap a 13-3 season.

Box Score:
http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/200001020pit.htm

98. Baltimore Ravens at Tennessee Titans: September 18, 2005
Final Score: 25-10 Titans

Before The Game:
Both teams lost their first game. Baltimore was favored by 3.5. Derrick Mason and Samari Rolle were facing their former team.

The Game:
Although Mason caught a TD pass, that was about it for the Ravens, as the Titans surprisingly dominated.

Offensive MVP:
Steve McNair (TD Pass)

Defensive MVP:
Brad Kassell (INT return for TD)

Other Notes:
Our best win of 2005. Wanted to put a win from every season in, so 2005 barely makes the cut.

ESPN Recap:
http://scores.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=250918010

97. Atlanta Falcons at Tennessee Titans: December 19, 1999
Final Score: 30-17 Titans

Before the Game:
Titans were 10-3, while the Falcons were 3-10

The Game:
Steve McNair had a 48 yard TD toss to Chris Sanders, and Frank Wycheck had a 61 yard TD pass to Issac Byrd in a convincing win.

Offensive MVP:
Chris Sanders (5 catches 100 yards TD)

Defensive MVP:
Jevon Kearse (Sack)

Other Notes:
I basically remember this game because Jevon Kearse had the freakish sack I've ever seen. On a shotgun play, he got to the QB right when the ball was snapped to his hands. You can find it on youtube somewhere.

96. Miami Dolphins at Tennessee Titans: November 9, 2003
Final Score: 31-7 Titans

Before the Game:
The Titans were 6-2, while the Dolphins were 5-3. The winner would have leverage when it came to playoff seeding. Titans were favored by 5, and coming off a bye week.

The Game:
Steve McNair had 2 TD passes, as the Titans easily won.

Offensive MVP:
Steve McNair (2 TD passes)

Defensive MVP:
Jevon Kearse (2 sacks) and Andre Dyson (INT return for TD)

Other Notes:
I remember living in Florida at the time, and my next door neighbor talking about how the Dolphins would destroy the Titans. That obviously didn't happen.

ESPN Game Recap:
http://scores.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=231109010

95-91 will be posted later tonight or tomorrow morning.

The 07 Falcons game where haynesworth jumped over the center and pulled Leftwich down has to be high up there as well.

Final Score: 34-10 Titans

The Game:
Chris Johnson ran for 168 yards, but LenDale White's career day was the story.

Offensive MVP:
LenDale White (3 rush TD's)

Defensive MVP:
Albert Haynesworth and Jason Jones (1 sack each)

Other Notes:
Basically known as the game where LenDale White ran for an 80 yard TD. The Chiefs were a really bad team, but this was fun to watch.

ESPN Game Recap:
http://scores.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=281019012

94. Pittsburgh Steelers at Tennessee Titans: November 5, 2000
Final Score: 9-7 Titans

Offensive MVP:
Al Del Greco (3 FG) (Kickers/Punters count as offensive) and Derrick Mason (8 catches/92 yards)

Defensive MVP:
Samari Rolle (INT)

Other Notes:
The game where Eddie George made the SI cover, this gave us our 8th straight win. The overall game was terrible though, which is why this is so low.

93. The Billy Volek Era: December 13, 2004 and December 19, 2004
Final Scores: 49-38 Chiefs and 40-35 Broncos

Before the Games:
Billy Volek was thurst into the starting QB role after Steve McNair was injured

The Games:
Despite an incompetent defense, the GOAT Billy Volek threw for 424 and 492 yards in back to back games

Offensive MVP:
The GOAT, Billy Volek

Defensive MVP:
None, the whole defense was pathetic.

Other Notes:
I can't have this list without including Billy Volek's back to back performance of over 400 yards passing. If the games were won this obviously would be a lot higher.

ESPN Game Recap:

The first win of many against our little brother.

ESPN Game Recap:
http://espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=221110010

Offensive MVP:
Eddie George (2 Rush TD's)

Defensive MVP:
Jevon Kearse (3 sacks)

Other Notes:
The beginning of a short career for Tim Couch, as the Titans D instilled fear into his soul.

Didn't make the list. Was on the top 5 that missed. It was a good game, but honestly we should have destroyed them. The Falcons were AWFUL that year.

Haynesworth dominated this game. He made a mockery of the Panthers o-line. This game was the 3rd win in a row for the Titans putting them at 6-2, and a force to be reckoned with.

I'd go with McCarthy as D-MVP in last years Panther game. It was his 1st start and he came in and was making all the right calls and barking orders. He was the big reason our D dominated.
