3-4 happened.
Love this signing, one of my favorites! This defense is going to be very good, to bad we dont have an offence _________________

Solid signing. McIntosh never fit the 3-4 defense, but he was an emerging player at OLB in the Redskins 4-3.

So much for a 4-2-5 base nickel defense? I like the signing though and hopefully he doesn't bust like those refugees we got from the NFC North *cough* Ben Leber and Brady Poppinga. _________________

He'll start the season strong and wear down. Its how he's always been, even in the 34. His knees just can't take the grind.

Favorite signing of the Rams off-season right here. I'm amazed he lasted this long on the open market. _________________

Dunbar is more of weak-side guy as well in my opinion, although he will play SLB in a 4-3 defense. Dunbar and Rocky will rotate in and out of the defense. _________________

I think this is a very underrated signing. I think its a great move for the Rams, Rocky is a way better player in a 4-3 scheme, and now he will be back in that where IMO he can flourish. He can pair up with James Laurinaitis (who I am a big time fan of, I have always HATED tOSU, but coming out of the draft, Laurinaitis was my favorite player in the draft, I guess you could call him my "draft man-crush.") Those 2 guys right there make a pretty formidable tandem. I'm not sure who plays their other OLB position.. is it Poppinga? Well whoever it is, hopefully can have a good year for them so they can have a solid LB trio. _________________

Probably will be Jo-Lonn Dunbar, what a nice trio _________________ Adopt a Ram:

I'm glad Rocky signed on somewhere as he's been a core Redskin since he entered the league and he's a good locker room guy. I wouldn't really expect much from him though as "meh" pretty much sums up his whole career.

Very nice signing for the Rams.
Always liked him, but agree he is best suited for the 43.
This could actually be one of the more underrated signings this preseason. Pairing him next to Laurinatiis....could be a great LB corps.
This is why I loved the Fisher hiring for the Rams. Fisher is a good coach IMO and will build that team back up to being respectable. Im not sure if he will take them all the way, but at the very least, they will be competitive during his tenure. _________________
