Games now canceled through mid-January. They should quit the freaking charade and just cancel the whole season already. Great job guys. I am real angry that the Rangers lost a year in which they could have legitimately contended for a championship. Those windows are only open for so long.

Its a crock of [inappropriate/removed].. I think this season is not gonna happen, but hopefully our 3 young Centers (Hodgson, Grigorenko, and Girgensons) should all be ready to contribute in Buffalo for start of 2013 season |

Does anyone know how contracts will work if there isn't a season? Say there's a guy on your team who would be a Free Agent after this season. Do all contracts get pushed back a year or is he a free agent this offseason?

Players with 1 year left will be free agents this year.

Good to know the Islanders gave up a 2nd for nothing then. Well at least they were forced to keep the prospects away from the NHL.

I set my alarm for 4 this morning but just couldn't bring myself to watch it, would have been so dead at work 
Sounds like the Sweden Russia game was awesome, can't wait for Saturday morning to take home the gold!

Trying to explain to my Canadian friends that this is best American WJHC Championships ever ensembled, if we had hockey Trouba would be with Winnipeg and Alex Galenychuck would be with Montreal.
US defense is absolutely loaded with Trouba, Jones and McCabe |
