Too early to name DPOY? Because, I am sure Jared Allen has that one squarely tied up. _________________

Fun fact..
Mario Williams has 8 sacks to Allen's 6..
Hardly ready to call it a runaway for Allen _________________

Jared Allen: 26 tackles (2 for loss), 2 coverages, 6 sacks, 1 forced fumble.
Mario Williams: 20 tackles (1 for loss), 8 sacks.
Cliff Avril: 17 tackles (1 for loss), 1 coverage, 5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 1 recovery.
8 and 6 sacks are nice, but Avril has been helping as a turnover machine.
It'll be a good race for DPOY, no doubt.
I think CJ2K might not get the MVP because Cam Newton insists on throwing to the Fullback when the ball is on the 1
My fullback has 3 catches for 28 yards, long of 26, and 2 touchdowns.
Honestly, with all the redzone interceptions Cam has thrown for him, I would have thought he'd scramble and run it in a lot more... _________________

Well dam, Ruskie sticks his nose where it don't belong.
Fun fact, didn't your FB have all those TDs against me week 1? _________________

Yeah, but before I say my jist, a back story.
So I'm in the U.S. helping out a youth retreat in the backwoods. Walked 25 miles a few days ago....wasn't fun, and I still don't know how many kilometers that is...
Anywho, there's a small library that has 5 computers with slow internet and that's how I got my way online today. One of the mods can check my IP for reference......there's a lot of mosquitos and it's hot.
Anyway....yeah.....80 yard run on the first pl;ay of Overtime eh? That's what my 70 aggression defense gets me?? Honestly though anyone else surprised at how good my defense has been in terms of pass protection with sacks and tackles for loss? I'd like Victor Cruz' blog to be posted in the OP if that's fine Nacho. I think my defense is about average in most rankings.
Carson Palmer fumbling at the 5 did not help. What a bum.
But.....#1 in the division through 5 weeks....so....good??
Looking forward to Friday and the battle of the undefeated. Gunning for Pirates. |
If anyone has a link and VCP is dedicated to updating it, I would gladly do it. |
http://nlrankings.blogspot.com/2012/06/nacho-league-season-4-rankings.html Already have rankings updated for week 5 and I listen to music while I update the list so it's not really a chore for me. I'll also still be doing yearly awards vote taking after the regular season is over. _________________

I can't play the Assasins porous defense every week...
But on the serious side, I have tweaked a few things, hopefully I will see some better production from Cutler than what I got in week 5.
On the brightside - My defensive points allowed per week;
41, 26, 20, 19, 20.
I have four losses by a combined 12 points. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Are you using points during regulation and not overtime because I don't remember you having a tied 26 point game _________________

Nacho, I need to lower my offensive aggression to 45 and raise my defensive aggression to 80. Thanks. |
No shame in splitting the season series. Good game _________________
