NO. That's how the new contracts work for the top picks. Cam
newtons contract is fully guaranteed as well.

Not with the new CBA. They are Slotted to be in a range and for a certain amount of years as we've been explaining

Sounds like his contract doesn't have the "off-set" language written in -- Coup for him and his agent I guess.. Puts the pressure on for the Colts to sign Mr Luck.

Whoa, whoa. We want to field a team to win multiple superbowls, we need elite talent around him. I don't want to cripple our surrounding cast because we spend too much on his contract in the way we did with Haynesworth's
