Tyler Bray or Tyler Wilson for me.

I see Matt Barkley being the next Matt Leinart.

Tyler Wilson for traditional pocket qb

Matt Barkley, Logan Thomas, and Tyler Bray all have the potential to be elite NFL quarterbacks in my opinion.

Maybe Logan Thomas in an unconventional way. At the moment, noone blows me away.

I've described a moment in sports as "captivating" once in my life, and that was when Lebron scored 16 points in 2 minutes just a few feet away from where I was sitting.

Logan Thomas is consistently captivating.

I'm going with Geno Smith. He's one of the best outside the pocket on broken plays.

Tyler Wilson, honorable mention.

Let's get real, Logan Thomas is nowhere near Cam Newton. He's closer to Josh Freeman. Go compare their rushing numbers.

Except he is neither, and plays very similar to a Big Ben.

Needs to find that winning gene Bens got.

The one where he plays on one of the best teams in the NFL year in and year out? Laughing No such thing as winning gene or clutch.

There was a point in time where Big Ben wasnt on the best teams in the NFL, a little team called Miami(OH) where he won and won big.

Logan Thomas. I can see Shane Morris becoming one down the road.

There is such thing as clutch. NFL defenses are hard to score on. To be able to put up points when you absolutely need them consistently is a gift.

I'd say Tyler Bray, but I really can't confidently say anyone is going to be the next elite guy like Rodgers, Brady, Peyton etc. It's just too much of an unknown from guys jumping from the college to pro level at the position to really know.

However if I had to pick somebody it would be Tyler Bray.

Can someone explain the Bray hype to me? He dominates the SEC's worst and sucks big time against the better defense. Yea he has the size but what does he do that is so great?

The thing is sense he took over aft UT played the good teams his freshman year and was hurt for a majority of the good teams his sophomore year (UGA, sort of Florida) you can't even say he's played the good teams yet. I stand by that his #s as an uninjured starter are pretty damn good, even vs just SEC talent. Small sample sizes with Bray though. Next year is going to chisel his draft stock. He's going to be thought of as Philip Rivers or Jevan Snead in 6 months.

Brey was fine for Florida. The second half against Georgia was when he got injured, after he laid an egg.

There's no such thing as clutch. There's competitiveness and mental toughness but no clutch.

Tyler Wilson should be the next one.

Tyler Bray and Logan Thomas with a little bit of work could be as well

The only reason you're comparing Barkley to Leinart is because they both went to USC. Barkley is smaller than Leinart, but has a better and more accurate arm and a much better work ethic. They really don't resemble each other at all.

Agreed. Tyler Wilson has the tools to be a very good NFL QB. Bray and Thomas need polish. Bray's delivery and timing need tweaking, and Thomas needs to show that he can complete passes consistently. His passing ability is very suspect, in my opinion. But, he has a ton of room to grow and is arguably the best developmental prospect of the three. His athletic ability is awe inspiring; it's just very raw at the moment.
