Granted I haven't really scouted this year's class, but I feel pretty comfortable saying that I don't anticipate there being a star to come out of this class. They've all got flaws that make me hesitate. Obviously, things will change between now and April but right now there isn't a quarterback I'd take in the top ten.

Anyone mentioned Derek Carr? I thought I saw his name in here but can't find it now. EDIT: See it now. jrry on page 1.

He's got crazy velocity and the ball placement on some of his deep passes is sick. He bulks up a bit and cuts down on some poor decisions, not uncommon for a big armed sophomore, he could be a monster prospect.

Carr is just like his brother.

A great prospect who was horribly mismanaged by his coach and GM during the pivotal stages of his career?

I'm going with Geno Smith. He's one of the best outside the pocket on broken plays.

Tyler Wilson, honorable mention.

Let's get real, Logan Thomas is nowhere near Cam Newton. He's closer to Josh Freeman. Go compare their rushing numbers.

Gotta agree with this. Closer to Josh Freeman than Cam.

Right now I'd say Tyler Bray because he's ideal size, and looks the most like an NFL QB. Although I expect Logan Thomas to make strides in his decision making and if he does he has a chance of becoming elite.

To me Bray looks the least like an NFL QB.

He may have a live arm but he's built like a twig. He has the biggest "Jevan Snead," potential if you know what I mean.

I like both Barkley ans Wilson this year as the top two guys battling for the top spot.

I agree on Bray at this point in time. Irregardless of how he does this year, I think he would do well to strongly consider returning for his senior year and do whatever possible to convince atleast one of either Hunter or Rogers to come back to Tennessee as well.

Keep an eye on Stephen Morris at Miami. Hasn't gotten his real opportunity yet, but he is a pocket QB with a huge arm and 4.6 speed. He's also tough and will have spent four years under NFL QB coaches (Jedd Fisch and Mark Whipple) by his senior year.

Check out this throw as a true freshman:

And another one, this in his first start against Maryland to win the game with under a minute left:

Stephen Morris. GREAT choice. Any small school QB's who could make some noise?

I really like Barkley. I think he's going to be a top tier QB in the NFL for many years.

Aaron Murray is my favorite QB for this up coming season. 35 TD's last season. I think hes going to be great on the next level.

No. Great tools but no and a lot of people here at the []_[] will agree. We're more excited to see Ryan Williams.

Yeah, I've watched Morris in several games, and I've not been impressed. When Jacory was at the top of his game, he was far more impressive.

Too bad Harris forgot how to play Quarterback :/

There's a lot of hype around Ryan Williams. I'm excited to see him, though I'm not too big on his nfl potential (as of right now, without seeing him play yet).

Trust me, as someone who is pretty close to the team. Nobody who knows what these guys can do wants Williams over Morris. You won't find one player or coach who shares that opinion. They expect major things from him.

Tyler Bray or Tyler Wilson for me.

I see Matt Barkley being the next Matt Leinart.

The only reason you're comparing Barkley to Leinart is because they both went to USC. Barkley is smaller than Leinart, but has a better and more accurate arm and a much better work ethic. They really don't resemble each other at all.

I meant their careers.

I really could have listed any bust I wanted haha.

I think he'll get plenty of hype, but won't produce. Its way too early to tell i guess, but its just an early hunch. Confused
