I know it hasn't been announced yet but this piece was a decent read and it was on ESPN and I thought I'd share it.

http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/8631764/miguel-cabrera-mike-trout-race-al-mvp

Also make a bet... over or under 49.5 pages before this thread gets locked?

It will depend on two things. If Cabrera wins the MVP, and how blindly Tiger fans are prepared to defend him winning it.

This means that Trout is definitely going to win.

*insert Karl Rove joke here*

By the way, Dave Cameron wrote a great article on this a while back:

Seeing how the BBWAA has voted so far, Cabrera will win it. Trout should win easily though.

I'd go further than that and say Trout should win unanimously.

Knowing the BBWAA they'll give someone random a first place vote.

I would vote for the only one of these guys I have seen live and in the minors.

This guy wins in closest race ever...

FTR, he was crazy in A ball too here in Cedar Rapids...some of the stories others would tell were astounding.

I think Trout should and will win.

Call it a gut feeling.

The guy on Clubhouse Confidential basically called Harold Reynolds an idiot. I found it really funny.

If he wins it would't be the closest race ever.
