Since it is slow right now, I thought it might be fun to bring back the over/under. We'll start off with an easy one...
Over or under, Jason Witten gets 56 catches and becomes the Cowboys All-Time leading receiver?

Over. The last time Witten had under 60 receptions was his rookie season, 2003.
Over/under 275 touches for DeMarco Murray (rushes and catches)

As much as I want to say over, I'm going Under. With the NFL being a passing league and with the Cowboys being a team which loves to throw the ball, I don't think he'll get enough opportunity to have ~17 touches per game, provided he even stays healthy for the entire season. I think 250 touches would be more likely since he hasn't proven himself as a reliable receiver yet. In my opinion, he'd have a great shot at 275+ touches in 2013 after he proves he can carry the load.
Over/Under
Dez Bryant goes for 1,100 yards and 10 TDs.

I am gonig to go over on both. It would only be about 200 more yards and 2 more TDs than last year. Reports of him having slimmed down a bit and having good work outs to this point. If he stays healthy I forsee more like 1,300 yards and 12 TDs. Plus its the infamous 3rd year WR breakout year!
Over/Under
The defense finishes the year +9 in takeaways and 19.5 ppg allowed.
