It is interesting to talk about for sure, and with past teams I would be EXTREMELY worried about this, but its not as much of a concern with me now. A lot of travel will kill an undisciplined team. It takes a lot of focus, attention to detail, and the ability to just suck it up and keep playing. In years past we never would have had the control to handle something like this, and while we still dont know if we will have the discipline, I like they way Allen and company have been approaching the team and im confident they will improve this area.
It wont be easy, but if were focused and work through it we can overcome the disadvantage. _________________

| It worries me did anyone see the total 28,700 miles with that much moving and shackling it will mess things were in second place in total miles The 49ers led the NFL with 29,112 round-trip miles traveled last season. The Chargers are now in third place place on this list. |

Notice how the author says "the percentage plummets" from 43% to 39.8%. I don't think "plummets" is an accurate term to use for a mere 3% drop....
Bottom line is yea we might travel the most, but it's not like we travel that much more than other West Coast teams. Also, traveling distance will not be the reason we don't make the playoffs if that ends up being the case. (I think we will make the playoffs). _________________ (MLB)=A's, (NFL)=Raiders, (NBA)= Warriors
