In a busy spot with work but think I've finally broken 150. Going to try and get to 160 before cutting. Also thinking of switch from 3 times a week and 5x5 to a more spread program focusing on individual muscle groups but still using compound lifts.

Got two football buddies working out worth me and now. They're both thicker then me and shorter so they think they're alot stronger. I pretty much made them cry today during leg day. It felt so good. I can't wait till tomorrow. They're gonna be so sore.

Almost bought myself a first class ticket to Snap City, yesterday. It's clear my wrist is not fully healed. This is so annoying.

Let it heal up man -- you won't be happy if you just make it worse. I had to do similar things because of my shoulder. I had to remove several exercises from my routine (anything overhead besides military press machine) and replace it with things like arm circles with 2.5lb/5lb weights and the like to try and strengthen it back up slowly. It is very annoying, but better in the long run.

Don't gorge yourself. Just eat consistently throughout the day until you're used to eating more.

yea exactly.

it definitely is weird. when i eat fast food the first time after cuts, i'm like this is really weird, and barely eat it all, but awhile though, i'm back in heaven.

it shouldn't be an overnight process. you really shouldn't need to absolutely stuff yourself either. just a decent surplus of calories will get you there.

I'm dreading cutting. Eating so few calories, not sure how I'll manage. Be so hungry all the time.

What would a daily diet look like or you guys while bulking?
Today I've eaten
Whole wheat pasta with cheese and marinara
Footlong Italian sub with lettuce, spinach, olives and oil
Two burgers
Protein shake
Snack size beef jerky

And when I get home in going to make another protein shake with peanut butter and a peanut butter sandwich

Chocolate milk and PB&J post workout. Very Happy

I wish that was the case for me. Personally I've always been guy who just simultaneously cuts and bulks (or does neither, depending on how you look at it) and it takes a lot of discipline for me to stay under 3000 calories a day Razz. If I was ever at a point where I was actually underweight and needed to bulk up I would be in heaven lol. 5000 calories a day, mmmm. Although I guess if I ever reached that point where I'm underweight then my stomach would "shrink" or adjust so that come bulking time it wouldn't be ready for 5000, but right now I could eat that much no doubt. I'll honestly never understand how bulking is hard Laughing, I'm guessing smaller guys feel the same way towards bigger guys having trouble with cutting.
