We did this last year, and it gave us some good discussion.
It's pretty simple. We rank our roster, one player at a time. We'll leave each poll up for a day or so, and move on. You can base your vote on whatever criteria you think is important: past performance, potential moving forward, best hair, looks good in orange, etc.
We may or may not rank the entire roster, but I think doing the top 20 or so is doable.
#1. Joe Thomas
#2. Joe Haden
#3. D'Qwell Jackson
#4. Alex Mack
#5. Ahtyba Rubin
#6. Jabaal Sheard
#7. Phil Dawson
#8. Trent Richardson

I kind of feel like Little should be the choice here. He gets the nod over Taylor and Ward because of his potential moving forward. _________________

tough decision but i went Cribbs here. he's the emotional leader on offense. he's been a beast KR/PR in the past and doesn't get enough credit for it imo. also he plays his heart out against the Steelers. _________________

Our run D was really bad without TJ, but I chose Phil _________________

Weeden should be added to the poll IMO.

I thought we were going to have another runoff on our hands, but Phil Taylor showed off his impressive closing speed and pulled away at the end.
On to #10. _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.

| Can't we leave the poll up for a little more than 24 hours before determining a winnner? |

Sure. I just didn't expect a ton more votes to come in, since it's the weekend. I was going to let the next one run until Monday (unless it was a landslide). _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.
