Also just putting it out there, on gameday one week they talked about college football in NYC and how schools designate certain bars as their own so you really won't have a problem finding the game on TV.
Not sure how up to date this is but here

Really can't go wrong with any. I really don't follow up on Rutgers, so i don't know much about the direction they are heading in. But the other teams are great. Michigan has a top notch recruiting class coming in according to scout.com

Yea every state school, you go to has tons of beautiful women, I just used oregon's cheerleaders as an example because they seem to always be a "hot" topic

Don't force yourself to like a team just because of what people here say. It will happen on its own. You will know when you have a favorite team. We are here just to give you info on all the teams you want to know about.
My advice to you is just become a college football fan this year and watch all the teams on your list. You will know which team you are attracted to more by watching them play and who you end up rooting for the most.

Well if you're picking it based off of party schools, then you should pick Penn State. Nations top party school, most frats in the USA, most beer consumed per school in the USA, nations top student section.
(I'd still personally recommend Syracuse or Rutgers because they're in the general vicinity though.)
