His skill set hasn't caught up with his physical ability but he should be a solid rotational defender at the very least. I could see him starting and playing the same role that a guy like Thabo Sefolosha plays for the Thunder.

Oden is on campus all the time, I think he might even be taking classes at OSU.
Regardless he'd be a nice signing. Low risk. Plus we can take him away from the Heat. |

He's currently finishing up his degree at Ohio State and rehabbing his injury to be ready for the '13-14 season.

I think Oden would be a huge signing if he can stay healthy. Having him coming off the bench would be huge! Allow him and Waiters to star on our second unit could be really good.
Have line ups where we move Zeller to 4 for a few minutes and run two 7footers at a time would be nice

Oden would be an interesting pick up if healthy. I would limit his minutes though to around 20 a game so that he doesn't put a pounding on his bad knees. He could bring a good defensive presence to the Cavaliers in the middle. Would also be nice to keep him away from the Heat.

Student at OSU? I am too
I would love to get him here. If he stays healthy he could be the factor to putting us into elite level in the next few years
