By the way, if you do a Google Maps search on the house she as living at when police we re called to the scene ( 825 w pleasant run rd desoto tx ) , you'll probably find reasons to believe why she'll do everything possible to make up the hard feelings and resolve the issue with Dez as soon as possible.

Deion and Irivn are the last people that need to be putting in their .02 on domestic disturbance issues. Deion has had the police called to his house repeatedly over the past year over domestic disturbance complaints between he an his ex-wife. Dez is trying to handle crack fiend in his life, and perhaps not well, but Michael Irvin was a crack fiend. He has no room to judge.

Who said to judge? To mentor, because they have gone through the same issues and were able to mature through them to win rings and be HOF.

Inman Roshi, can we get our facts straight. Or at least give some reference to all your putrid misinformation your posting. Deion doesn't need Dez money because Deion has earned how many tens of millions in his career?
Sanders quit associating with Dez because he said Dez wouldn't follow his advice. Calvin Hill, Drew Pearson have both tried to reach Dez, but refused them both. from 105.3 with R.J and Sean.

Until Dez realizes that his way does not work then he will continue on this viscous cycle he has been in most of his life.

Dez never really had any parental guidence, and until someone steps up to discipline him off the field things aren't going to change.

Welcome to the Dez Bryant roller coaster.

And part of Deions advice was to sign with under armor and Dez didn't. It wasn't Dez's money he was getting, it was a boost to his own.

It really turned out much less funny than I thought it would. You can only make a grown man cry and abuse people so much before it becomes sickening. Laughing

Jeff Ireland looking like a genius for asking the question at the Combine

Is it true that your Mother was a hooker?, Do you have any issues with that? Do you hate her for that?

or whatever he asked...

Looking like good homework now..

He might be looking like a genius, however, it might just be me and the way I was raised, but if I was in Dez's shoes when Ireland asked me that question, I would have punched him square in the nose! Even if she was, IMO that's an off limits question asking about my mama that way! That's none of his business.

Actually, it kinda is his business. When running a team, you have to know as much about a player as possible. That includes what kind of people he is associated with, lives with and was raised by. Character concerns are a big deal to most teams. The Dolphins asked their questions and decided Dez wasn't for them.

Don't act like a smartass.

Bryant never did like the shoes. He took them off during his pro day in Lufkin, Texas because he kept slipping. He finished his workout in Nike.

Quote:
He's been wearing Nike ever since. Now by breaking the contract, Bryant doesn't have to repay Under Armour any money, however, he probably can't sign a deal with any other company.

Quote:
Meanwhile, Bryant said Sanders has refused to talk to him since he backed out of his marketing deal with Under Armour, a popular shoe and apparel company that also outfits Sanders' youth athletic programs. The deal fell apart, according to Bryant, because he determined during last year's minicamps that the company's cleats weren't the right fit for his feet.

Bryant, who wears Nike cleats but does not have a shoe deal, said Sanders has ignored repeated text messages from him since then.

"I never knew the reason for Deion not saying anything to me," Bryant said. "The only thing I can believe is that when I stopped talking to Under Armour, Deion stopped talking to me. I never knew what Prime's problem was.

Quote:
The NCAA suspended Bryant in September 2009 for the rest of that season for lying about having lunch with Sanders. No other rules violations were found, but Sanders said it bothered him that he took a lot of the blame for Bryant's lie.

Oh and I also find it hilarious Deion chastized Bryant for the Mall incident, and yet his own son got in trouble there.

I think he asked if she was, or ever had been, a prostitute - the better question would be "how is your relationship with your mother?"

I'm with tex on this one, that crosses a line.

If I am not mistaken didn't it start with Ireland asking what Bryant's dad did for a living and he responded "he's a pimp" and then Ireland asked what his mom did and Bryant responded "she works for my dad". So I mean, it is only logical.

Deion is a exploiter who was part of the David Wells, Royce West, Eugene Parker crew that singled out Dez as an easy mark. That's why Deion was breaking NCAA rules and recruiting him when he was at Okie State. He's given Dez way more grief than reward, and ultimately cost him a year's worth of NCAA eligibility and a scandal.

If he's upset at Dez, it's merely because Dez didn't walk the pre-paved path that was going to bring in Deion the money he wanted.

If you want to read up more on the "guidance" that Dez is getting from the likes of David Wells/Royce West/Deion/ etc. here's a link to a Deadspin article about Wells when he was providing "guidance" to another DFW athlete/client Michael Crabtree. In it links to a story written by the Dallas Observer in 2002 which details the sorted and shady history of David Wells and Royce West back when they were in the Dallas bail bond and drug gang legal defense industry, before they got into professional athlete management.

http://deadspin.com/5331938/michael-crabtrees-adviser-has-quite-the-shady-history

It's hard to have pity for a professional athete making millions of dollars, but Dez is probably one of my few exceptions. On one hand he was cursed with a crack head teenage mom who basically abandoned him as a teenager to live out on the streets and given him absolutely zero life guidance. On the other hand he was "blessed" with an exceptional world class gift that brings out the worst con-men, vultures and exploiters and lowlifes in society who are on him like flies on _____. That's why all these people comparing their personal lives to Dez are completely misguided. It's ridiculous. Your life is absolutely nothing like his.
