Welcome to the FF Street Fighter Sim League Season 1.2! This is where we run a tournament of the Street Fighter Characters in a CPU vs CPU battles. Since not everyone can buy the game or wants to, this way everyone can place their characters in the tournament and have a grand ole time.
Just to be clear, its a CPU vs CPU tournament, no players will actually be playing.

Its very easy to join and all you have to do is watch.

How to Join!
Step 1. Character Choices
Take a look at the character list of Street Fighter 4 and try to pick out a top 5.

Viper [] M.Bison [] Sagat [] Cammy [] Dee Jay [] Cody [] Guy [] Hakan [] Yang [] Evil Ryu [] Guile [] Blanka [] Zangief [] Rufus [] El Fuerte [] Vega [] Balrog [] Fei Long [] T. Hawk [] Adon [] Rose

Step 2. Ordering
Now take your top 5 and place them in order of favorite to lease favorite.
EX: 1. Chun Li
2. Ken
3. Adon
4. Rose
5. Dhalsim

Step 3. Priority Points
Each person signing up get 20 priority points. Place those pirority points on the players you most want. Some people wont care as much and spread the points more evenly, or they may want their first few characters more then the later ones. The higher the points, the better chance you have at getting that character.
EX:1. Chun Li 5
2. Ken 5
3. Adon 5
4. Rose 3
5. Dhalsim 2

or

1. Chun Li 12
2. Ken 7
3. Adon 1
4. Rose 0
5. Dhalsim 0

Either is fine, as long as there are 20 points added up.

Step 4. Ultras
What is an ultra? An Ultra is a mega move that each character has. The gain access to this move when their life has gone down to around half. And the more he loses the stronger it gets. Ultras are different for everyone and each have their strengths and weaknesses. But you can also just randomly assign them. Each character has 2 Ultras. So by their Priority points, put ultra 1 or ultra 2 by it.
EX: 1. Chun Li 8 Ultra 1

Step 5. Signing up
Now that you have made you list with character choices, priority points and ultras, all you need to do is indicate that you want to sign up in this thread and PM me this list.

Idea for "bans". So instead of banning straight up. I was thinking about doing a point grab ban. Meaning if a certain character gets so many points, they will be banned. That way, people will be a little scared to just put the max 20 points on one character. I wont implement its this round, but maybe the next tournament or next season.

Ties
First is position, a character in the #1 spot of someone's list always beats the guy in the #2 spot.

IE
1. Ryu 5

beats
2. Ryu 9

Then Priority points.

Then if they are exactly the same either neither can have the character or a coin flip, havent decided.

I've never played the game myself before, so I really don't know much about the fighters aside from the ones Oni fought.
