Mr. Incredible's Online Dynasty (X-box 360)

What's up guys? With the release date of NCAA 13 being over a week now, we have all had some time to get a feel for the game. Online Dynasty is the best feature of the game, and while I'm in one already, tha isn't enough; therefore, I decided to create my own. For all of those interested, please read everything in this opening post, and then proceed to post a reply yourselves declaring your interest and thoughts on questions I have below. Thank you!

Advancement
-I would like to keep this dynasty as fast paced as possible, so I will look to advance every 2-3 days, if not sooner. Of course, we have our personal lives, so it is expected to take longer than that in some weeks. If you can't play your game and do your recruiting during a week, simply let me know, and I can put you on autpilot. I need your cooperation ad participation in order to make this a fast paced fun dynasty to be involved with.

Teams
-I am going to let whoever wants to join the dynasty discuss this. There are so many different was we could go. I'm currently in a dynasty where it's 3 star teams or lower, that's an option. Or possibly using teams that aren't in BCS confereces. Perhaps using a full conference, or teams from one certain state. Anything is fine with me. All suggestions and ideas are enouraged. When we do figure out what theme we will be using, a draft will take place to select our teams, with a randomized order.

Difficulty: All American or Heisman
Recruiting Difficulty: All American
Quarter Length: 6 Minutes

There are probably about 4-5 active dynasties going on right now on this forum for the 360.... Nobody is scared, everybody is already in several dynasties.

I'll join. Things will get a little tricky for me during the first week of September (around Sept 3rd through 7th) when I move into my new apartment. Besides that, I should be pretty good to do.

Theme: I really like the Private Schools Only theme. If not that, then 3 stars or lower. I'd prefer not to be a 1 star team though...those are more annoying than anything.
