Injured his wrist in week 1 but played through it up until he injured his knee in week 6. Knee was progressing normally according to reports but they didn't like how the wrist was responding so that's why he went for the second opinion. Guess the second opinion was surgery and done for the year.

this guy is just guessing he goes on IR, he doesn't know anything for sure
lets hope he just heard surgery and assumed itd be season ending |

just posted this on other thread for injuries....am following twitter at GBPG and they said they are trying to find out whether Perry is heading to IR or not. They don't know for sure one way or another right now.
Also said Favre had this same kind of injury but played through the season with it. Of course that was Favre they said.... |
