Are we following the criteria that DC.com used (i.e. one player from every year), or just the best 53 players to at every position? _________________

I will start off with RB.
I think we should have three. And those three would be:
1. Tony Dorsett
2. Emmitt Smith
3. Don Perkins _________________

Me personally, I went with a hell of a defensive line rotation! Then throw in these linebackers and secondary, boy is this "Dooms Day Defense" Scary!! Once the Defense does it's job and creates the turn over or another 3 and out, this high powered offense behind the greatest Offensive line ever assembled will be reaching the endzone in no time. I see this season being 16-0 and breaking many records for this Dallas Cowboys organization and the NFL Record books will have to be re-written!
Offense - 24
QB: Aikman, Staubach, Romo
WR: Pearson, Irvin, Hayes, Hill, Clarke
RB: Dorsett, Smith, Perkins
TE: Witten, Novacek
FB: Johnston
OT: Wright, Williams, Tuinei, Donovan
OG: Allan, Nye, Newton, Scott
C: Stepnoski, Rafferty
Defense: - 25
DE: Ware, To Tall Jones, Haley, Martin, Jeffcoat
DT/NT: Lilly, White, Ratliff, Maryland
OLB: Howley, Norton, Coakley, Henderson
MLB: Jordan, Lee, Breunig, Nguyen
SS: Woodson, Waters
FS: Harris, Green
CB: Renfro, Sanders, Walls, Newman
Special Teams: - 4
PK: Septien
P: Danny White
LS: L. P. LaDouceur
ST Ace: Bill Bates _________________

I'd say 4-3.
HC would be the man in the Hat. _________________

HC would be the man in the Hat. | That's what I was thinking considering the majority of Cowboys existance was under the 4-3.
And hands down, HC is the man in the hat!!! _________________

I don't really think there's much room for argument on the rbs. Maybe on the order on the depth chart, but there's really only the three candidates. _________________

No competition - neither won a ring and Romo has significantly outperformed White _________________
