I'm really behind on my reading on this forum and apologize if this has been discussed recently but now that Pryor seems to be entrenched at 3rd string they should use his talents no matter what anyone says about him only being a QB. This may have been an AL thing. He ain't gonna start any games this year so get him out there in the slot or in the Wildcat. He's too good with his feet.
I want to thank JTagg for taking the time to help me with a sig. I'm still trying to figure how to get it to work. |

Just got a question for you guys. Who do you guys think is going to be your #2 running back, Goodson or Jones? Would love to grab one of them in fantasy _________________

I think Goodson will be the #2 back. However Jones will get a lot of time. But I think Goodson will be more consistantly on the field as he is better at pass blocking that Jones. |

Jacoby Ford and Juron Criner, with Rod Streater and Heyward-Bey right behind them.by scorkran8/9/2012 7:31:28 PM 12:31 PM

What a difference a couple years makes when someone is trying hard. |
So he went from being the 6th worse to the 4th best. But he has greatly improved. I do like Bey alot. | At catching yes. I still have him as #1 receiver but I would agree with anyone that said #2 receiver. He is the most physical receiver, stays healthy, and very good YAC. Moore has lots of promise but cant stay on the field so far. Same deal with Ford but it has been going on a lot longer.
Anyways just wished all our guys would make this much progress. |

Neither are stable picks, but both have some real upside with DMC's injury history. Goodson looked like he was starting to separate himself slightly from Jones, but that had to do with Jones missing time with injury.
If im picking between the two, im going with Goodson though, he seems a bit more durable, and has more experience. _________________

Steve, Have you seen anything from Pryor to suggest that he might have a chance in the future as QB?
by dad 2:02 PM
Occasionally he shows that he has what it takes to succeed as a starting quarterback in the NFL. The problem is, he lacks the consistency. That's huge when it comes to QB play in the NFL. Still a huge work in progress.
Hey Steve....this guy Levi from the raider site silver and black pride has been saying all week that Leinart is the better qb...how do you feel?
by tony 2:09 PM
Everyone has an opinion. If you're talking about Leinart being better than Palmer, not a chance. Leinart better than Pryor, absolutely.
by scorkran 2:11 PM
Who do you sneaks in at the bottom of the depth chart at WR?
by Valley Raider 2:29 PM
Rod Streater, for sure. Final spot between Derek Carrier and Eddie McGee.

Moore should be good to go by the start of the regular season, but if he isn't, I have just as much confidence in Ford. So much so that I could see him demoting either DHB or Moore to being the 3rd WR. Jacoby Ford is stupid fast, and unlike DHB, he's able to capitalize with it going deep. I can't wait to see him catching bombs from Palmer. _________________

You guys are comparing a running QB with a drop back passer.
What happens when Pryor runs for 60+ yards and 2 TDs? What are people going to say then, that it doesn’t count?
Pryor was drafted because of his size and speed not because of the arm the coaches will teach him how run the offense to his strengths. Pryor is just as big and faster than Cam Newton who rushed for 700 yards and 14 TDs as a rookie
You cant just discount Pryor running ability it the biggest part of his game. |

Pryor's like Tebow. Yes but not really. Pryor's a runner who can throw and he'll get better at both, I gaarowntee. Remember the three year rule. Four in his case. |

And, despite not knowing the playbook or defenses, he still ranked 11th in ESPN"s QBR. That's gotta be telling.

Yes but his running will open up the passing game. The defense will have to put a player to shadow him and take him out of the secondary. That's one less person to throw against . |

Pryor is a smarter/hard working Vince Young. What does that mean? We'll find out. VY was given every chance in TN. Pryor will have to earn it and hope for some luck. |

LOL
This is what Palmer supporters have been saying since Week 6 last season. Its funny how much some people wrote off the circumstances as if they werent a big deal. 14-16 interceptions this year is my guess. _________________
