What kind of offense will Jay Gruden bring to the Redskins, and how will that affect RG3's value? I think they need a better OL as much as anything, but how will a new coaching staff affect the Skins' offense?

I think that there is negligible effect either way. RGIII is RGIII, and he needs to fully get back from the ACL, which he should be at the start of the season, and he needs to improve his ability to run pass first because he needs to be pass first.

this, RG3's fantasy value is 100% on RG3, not so much the playcalling

I really like RG3 going into next season especially if he is 100%.

He's a solid buy low candidate, though I don't think that has anything to do with Gruden. Like Kaepernick in terms of fantasy value, I simply think their play suffered quite a bit this year to various factors and wasn't indicative of their overall talent base. I expect both to have solid, and possibly good fantasy years next season.
