detfan: your need to demand 'legitimate' sources after 10 articles, each drawing the same conclusion, is offensive to me. Please don't continue to do it.

I've only ever heard of him being called a great team mate. Do you have a link for where you heard he had the attitude problem? I'd love to hear about it.

Didn't read one single thing like that either. He won't be able to provide evidence of it

Actually after the draft Bleacher Report ran an article on draft busts and they
listed Travis. They called him a prima Donna in that article.

We all know they don't have access to locker rooms so take it for what's its worth.

Yea still waiting on valid link. Everything so far is speculation

You might try google. It's not a bad way to find stuff Wink

I did. Not one SOLID source

I love the guy as a player and don't put much stock in the reports however you claimed you had never heard any of the speculation he was a prima Donna.

Legitimate or not numerous sources have been provided. You have now been provided links to the speculative sources.

The reason names aren't coming up is because no one wants to publicly say anything bad about a player, especially if they're a teammate or coach. It's just PR 101. They might do it anonymously--as seems to be the case here--but OU's linebacker coach obviously isn't going to blurt out something about Travis Lewis being self-centered in a presser.

Do you have any legitimate articles that support what you're saying here? I don't just mean an article, I mean a legitimate article written by real people, with named sources, who reference published research from researchers, all in APA formatting, with a real title page?

If not, I don't believe you.

Everyone knows that APA format is for liars and cheats, make it Turabian formatting.

Lewis fell all the way to the 7th rd when he was once touted as 2nd rd pick. There has to be more to his fall than just a broken foot and underperformance when a guy like Omar Boldin missed the entire 2011 season and was a 4th rd pick.

I follow OU as close as I possibly can. What hurt his stock the most was playing with the injury. He played poorly as a result. I believe he would have been drafted higher had he simply not played.

Bob Stoops runs a pretty tight ship and Lewis was defensive Captain for two years. If he was a prima Donna or had an attitude problem that would be stripped quickly.

Lewis is a workout warrior and I can see team mates getting disgruntled if he was ragging them to work harder. Anything is possible however given what I know to be fact I doubt a prima Donna label is legitimate.
