BTW - Adding Cav means I have to redo the draft order, so i need to fix that too.

Tis better that than to have someone have a bye week each week.

MH is on the clock.

BTW - Are we allowing trades on draft picks? My initial thought is NO. If you are going to make a trade work it out and trade the players after the draft like a normal fantasy football draft.

Before we draft we should finish the discussion. What TYPE of Keeper league will this be?

We dont have to decide all the keep rules until the end of the season.

I like the vulture idea though.

How? Are you going to draft someone less valuable just because you don't know the keeper rules? You're going to take A-Rod irregardless, so might as well get this draft going.

I honestly don't see the keeper rules being 100% finalized for some time. Go in with the assumption that what is posted on page 1 is final. If we make any changes, its going to be a group decision. If it becomes a huge sticking point, we wont make any changes until next season. But this is really not that serious of a league for it to matter.

The vulture system
This one is not only fun, but you can harm your opponents' teams in the process. And let's face it, nothing's better than chop-blocking a pal! The worst team in the league can either keep one player from his team or one player from the team that finished in first. The same goes for the second-to-last place team and the second-place team, and all the corresponding teams in between in the standings. Once the lower-half of the league decides their keepers, the top half gets to return the favor with those bad teams

WTH? I thought I had the 1st pick. If adding Cav as the 12th member changed up the draft order, then I am not very happy. Since he joined late, he should have the 12th pick. I should still have the 1st pick.

In my opinion, the only fair way was to re-randomize with ALL the participants; so thats what I did. Sorry to disappoint, but its already done. Cant really "undo" that now, I dont have the old order and MH will be making his pick any minute now.. Hopefully.
