We dont have to decide all the keep rules until the end of the season.
I like the vulture idea though.

How? Are you going to draft someone less valuable just because you don't know the keeper rules? You're going to take A-Rod irregardless, so might as well get this draft going.
I honestly don't see the keeper rules being 100% finalized for some time. Go in with the assumption that what is posted on page 1 is final. If we make any changes, its going to be a group decision. If it becomes a huge sticking point, we wont make any changes until next season. But this is really not that serious of a league for it to matter.

WTH? I thought I had the 1st pick. If adding Cav as the 12th member changed up the draft order, then I am not very happy. Since he joined late, he should have the 12th pick. I should still have the 1st pick.

In my opinion, the only fair way was to re-randomize with ALL the participants; so thats what I did. Sorry to disappoint, but its already done. Cant really "undo" that now, I dont have the old order and MH will be making his pick any minute now.. Hopefully.
