Wow. According to CBS Sports, Woody Johnson is going to explore trading Darrelle Revis this offseason. #nyj |

Why the hell would Woody be exploring anything?
I hate this idea and I hate Woody Johnson. _________________

All you need to know is Jason La Canfora is reporting this.
You know what probably happened? The idea came up, and Woody probably responded sarcastically "yea, sure".
Besides, Idzik makes those moves, not Woody.
So, not only is this not going to happen, but if it did, Woody would have nothing to do with it.
It's arguably one of the most reports I've heard. And Jason La Canfora has been doing this for a while (somehow). |

If we do trade him, this may be the last straw for me as a fan. _________________

I understand woodys reasoning for exploring trading revis if he yields "fair value" but really it makes no sense.
Our secondary is the most and arguably the only solid piece of the jets why would woody want to significantly diminish the talent on the best part of the team.
I just don't think it's necessary, the only result trading revis would bring is diminishing the talent on the defensive side of the ball to strengthen the offensive side of the ball. Really it's just stupid for lack of better words. |

A while back I said that someone we really like might be traded, I didn't expect this. I don't like this at all.
For those who wanted to blow up this team and rebuild should be happy. So I'm going to try to think of something positive. Maybe we can get atleast two 1st round picks out of this. One for this year and next year. With two 1st round picks in the 2014 draft it making trading up for one of the top QBs or OLB's easier ..... ok I tried. _________________

| I could see us trying to swing him for an HB who won't sign an extension (like an MJD), but that's pointless now with the HCO |
