wow, pretty surprised. Can't wait to see the Judge's reasoning.
EDIT: Apparently Goodells doesn't have jurisdiction, and Stephen Burbank does. Thats why suspensions were voided. Weird.

Interesting. I wonder how many of them will be fit/ready to play this week (also if anyone notable gets cut)
I thought the application was for an interim injunction rather than full appeal thought? _________________

Does this impact the coaches as well? Or solely the players? _________________

Yeah that was my understanding as well. All they gain from this is a temporary injunction to halt the suspensions. _________________

Expected
Just like the appeals court will overturn the ruling - know your judges and play in the right court _________________

I know Fujita has been practicing with us all preseason, so I assume He'll be ready to play. |

Very interested in this, as well.
I will say that I'm a little shocked, however. _________________

The coaches did not file any lawsuits or appeals. As I understand it that means the court has no jurisdiction over those suspensions. _________________

not for me

Good for the Saints players, and their fans.
I'm sure good ol Roger is steaming right now. Sucker.
Now I wonder how long it will take them to get into game shape. _________________

Wow is the only thing that comes to mind. Now, does Burbank have the authority to reinstate any suspensions? Or is this a DONE deal? _________________
