I'm feeling that's a bit too optimistic for you guys. He named us his leader last week at the Army Bowl, then stated he had already decided where he was going to go but still wanted to take his last two visits, but now has moved up his decision date and doesn't plan to take anymore visits. Coaches from Michigan, Tennessee, and Auburn (his 3 finalists) as well as Florida State will be doing their in-home visits this week so we'll see if anyone can make a late push but at this point I'd be pretty surprised if it was anyone but us.

He seems like a done deal IMO. Career Iowa fan, had national interest from ND/UM/UW/Bama/Oklahoma and still committed.
Don't see why that changes unless Iowa gets even worse and he opens it up.

Plus, Iowa has been pretty adept at producing talent for the next level despite only being an average program. |
