Preston Parker has been released for Tiquan Underwood. This probably should have happened during final cuts anyways.

I like the move. I was kind of shocked when Underwood was let go.

I like the move. I was kind of shocked when Underwood was let go. |
I'm shocked he wasn't picked up. He'd at least be a great fourth WR on A LOT of teams, and probably even a good slot WR for a few.

I know Shipley had to go but what message is schiano sending one fumble and your cut? What happens of vjax or Martin fumble? |

Not really the message he's sending..he was just signed days before the game. If Shipley, a player barely holding onto one job, can't do that job, and there are better options out there, it would be ridiculous to keep him. You even said, he had to go.

I like that we added speed but the reason he didn't stick around in Oakland was that he muffed 2 punts in the preseason and got released, and we all know what happens around here if you do that. Hopefully he holds onto the ball.
