DT is turning into a very curious position. I thought Wilson would be McCoy's back-up especially with Okoye gone. I'm interested to see how the depth chart pans out. |

Here's my theory:
The coaching staff probably will keep 2 true NTs on the roster - Miller and Gibson
1 true 3 technique DT - McCoy
2 DEs who could play the 3 technique depending on personnel package or injury - Bennett and Gilberry (Gilberry gets cut, guy off the street)
2 other DEs- Clayborn and Johnson- possibly a third DE added off the street
1 LB who can play DE in certain personnel packages - Watson
I really think Coach Schiano is comfortable with Miller and Gibson as the "two down NT" role players. Once it gets to the third down, I feel for certain there will be many, many different personnel packages used. Obviously, McCoy has to stay healthy. |

With McCoys injury history that seems really risky. You need depth at oline and dline. I think something is up there sleeve. Going into the season with 3 dt and banking on no injuries is very very unintelligent planning. |

Certainly a possiblity, that is why I'm pretty shocked Wilson was cut. With 53 man roster certainly leads to interesting decisions with the coaching staff. I'm willing to wait to see how this finally all shakes out before really being over joyed or overly concerned. |

Our defensive line is getting uglier... and I didn't know that was possible. _________________

Stephen Holder@HolderStephen
Agent for Tiquan Underwood says he was released by #Bucs today. That was one of the tougher decisions I presume
Interesting move. |

I don't care that he is undersized. Teams in our div are gonna throw a ton and he racked up 8 total ints over the last 2 seasons. Bring him in for a look. _________________

| Tiquan should be on this team, not that waste of a roster spot Benn. I hoe a diamond in the rough is waived at WR we can steal |

I know he performed well but there was a reason he didn't stick with the pats and jags. He didn't do much in the 2nd or 3rd preseason games. However Parker didn't do anything either. |
