Week 1 they had him giving up a 24 yard reception but it was due to Akeem Jordan thinking it was a run and leaving his responsibility.

Eagles_808 in his updated stats included the screen pass but if you take that away we have him giving up 9 catches for for 113 yards.

I re-adjusted the OP to what we had so far:

Quote:
Week 1 vs CLE
Tagets 3
Completions 0
Yards 0
PDs 3

Week 2 vs BAL
Targets 2
Completions 2
Yards 27
TDs 1
1 penalty (Other was declined)

Week 3 vs ARZ
Targets 1
Completions 0
Yards 0
TDs 0

Week 4 vs NYG
Targets 7
Completions 2
Yards 42
1 PD
1 Penalty

Week 5 vs PIT
Targets 8
Completions 6
Yards 49
1 penalty
Quote:
Season total
Targets 21
Completions 10
Yards 118
TDs 1
PDs 4
3 penalties

And I'll keep what PFF has there too, thanks to RMiB:

Quote:
PFF's Season Totals
Targets 22
Completions 12
Yards 192
TDs 1
INTs 0
PDs 3

PFF is surprisingly accurate for Nnamdi so far this year though, only a matter of a 2 completions and a PD separate there stats from ours (although one of those completions makes a big gap between our yardage given up and theres).

They have him down for

Targets 22
Completions 12
Yards 192
TDs 1
INTs 0
PDs 3

RMiB, you have a subscription to PFF by any chance?

Listen to this Cowboys fan

because

a) it's funny.

b) it's true.

fast forward to 2:25 where he starts talking about corners. Everything he says from 2:25 to 3:00 is true and completely relevant to this topic and the performance of our secondary as a whole.

Our wide-9 hasn't had a sack in two consecutive games folks. If you give Roethlisberger the pocket, he's going to make plays. He's a champion quarterback. It doesn't matter if you have Nnamdi, Revis, or Dmitri Patterson, if you give the opposing offense time, they WILL FIND plays.

LOL, last year he had to have one of the most underrated seasons. When you allow on average 1.3 catches per game less than 20 yards per game and still get some heat?

I know, some of his metrics were ridiculous last year

18.6 Cover Snaps/Reception (1st)

0.7 Yards/Cover Snap (5th)

11.5 Cover Snaps/Target (1st)

PFF changed Nnamdi's stats from last game to 7 targets, 6 completions for 45 yards. They took away the screen pass and added the Heath Miller 1 yard reception LOL.

To be fair Joseph had a hammy or some sort of minor leg injury that limited him, but yeah, if Nnamdi had a game like that... Oh boy.

LOL, but he just flat out got beat on many plays where he underestimated the WR. I believe he had the hammy the week prior as well and performed well.

Oh well, I can't wait for the Megatron match up. Stafford may start pressing to him if they can't get anything going. To his credit, in most of the games he has just taken what there was and hasn't thrown many ill-advised passes to him.

Though Joseph did get owned by a fellow CB. It was only a poor pass by Vincent Chase that stopped it being complete.

Reversed Vinny.

Vinny came from NY to LA. But Sanchez came from LA to NY.

So who's Ari? Rex or Tony Sparano?

Targets 6
Completions 1
Yards 37
3 PDs
1 INT

Unreal, every time he had someone aside from Nnamdi on him or when it was a zone, Johnson got a completion on every single snap.
