Everyteam lacks something for most part. Chicago has NO Oline.

This is a start in right direction for Det

It would be ideal, but Florence alone is a step in the right direction. Very nice pick up for the Lions.

Horrible? Not really. He's no where near elite, or even very good. But he's better than what the Lions currently have, which is a step up.

Florence shouldn't have spurned us in the offseason, could have not had to worry about being cut.

He was amazing in 2009 and 2010, but last year with no pass rush and having to cover every team top receiver he kind of sucked.

But now he won't have to worry about being the top CB and the Lions has the 2nd best DL in the NFL. Razz

Well considering Florence was cut yesterday from the Broncos in favor of 2 undrafted players, even though we gave him a $1.5 million signing bonus, that's not showing too much confidence in his skills.
