Great win. Down 21 points at one point I score 24 points to his 0 in the 2nd half to beat the Eagles with my Giants
He ran hurry up every play, did streaks, and quick passes all game
My favorite stat of the game though is that Eli out rushed Vick 41-1 |

Some people online are mentally incapacitated morons. I'm up 7 points on this guy with 2:00 left in the game and he sends no pass rush at me. It took him until there were less than 30 seconds left to figure out, hey, maybe I should bring someone up and go after him, but it was too late since he only had 2 timeouts. _________________

Never play the Lions. Calvin at the TE position is straight cheese. Especially when your playing a good madden player. When I take Calvin out the game he finds other options that are open.
It didn't help that I was rocking with the Saints defense. _________________

Just dodging Lions users won't work.. I've seen people put Andre, Randy Moss, DeSean, Maclin, Nicks, and more at TE.
Put a fast linebacker at DE and man him up on Calvin. If you're in man coverage, he'll be double covered and most routes can't beat that. If you're in zone, there won't be any holes for him to get open. Or you could always come out in a 4-5 CB package and put your best corner at the spot that covers the TE. Then user someone and take away his other reads. _________________

Good points and I hear what your saying but putting even a 90 speed linebacker at the D-end and man a guy like Calvin, desean, etc won't get the job done. They can't handle a 97-99 speed WR. If you have a safety and a Linebacker on him, all the user has to do is lead pass to the side where both defenders aren't covering. Like I said a good madden player will use a WR at TE as a decoy and will exploit you with their Running back, TE, or other Wr's. Even having everyone in a zone, there will still be holes at one point.
I think they should not allow you to put a WR at TE. That's just me. _________________

I've been saying it for awhile, but I didn't think this madden was going to be worth anything. Pretty cheaply made, boring game.
But what do you guys think? Is it worth it playing offline vs CPU?
Are these patches legit? _________________

Even if they didn't allow you to put WR at TE this year, people still got it in previous years by just audibling down to a different formation.
What I do is have my DE lined up on the inside of the TE and the DB/LB lined up on the outside. You can't pass lead on that, it's almost always blanketed. That lets you user cover something else.
It kills any pass rush you hoped to have and defense is still abused in so many ways, but defense is so trash in this game that you almost have to score 7 everytime on offense against someone who knows what they're doing. The only things that work for me are baiting them into thinking a route they're abusing is there and putting something up to stop it (i.e. if they're abusing a corner route against man, let them abuse it a couple plays and then drop the deep safety into a purple zone for a pick), or clamping down in the red zone. _________________

No. Connected Career is terrible. They took a seemingly easy, fluent Franchise mode and turned it into a big ol' piece of poop. _________________

Just beat the #20 player to get back into the top 100 at #81.. DeSean Jackson at RB and this QB run that I won't say because it's a massive glitch are sooo hard to stop, but I managed to hold him to 14 points because of my red zone D. _________________

If you like Superstar mode, then I can see why you'd love it. _________________
