I didn't know where to ask this, and I didn't want to make a thread for it. I just wanted to know what's going on with Larry Grant? He looked good at times last season, but only has 4 tackles this season. Was he injured? or just declined?

Patrick Willis and Navorro Bowman. That's all. You're welcome.

Ok, so it's just lack of playing time. I was just asking to see if he just declined.

It's enough that we have to take Pat or Navorro off the field in some packages. So, without injuries, there's no real hope for Larry to see the field unless we're up big.

He should get more playing time on Special Teams tho, if he doesn't...

JJ watt is the closest guy I've seen in a lot of years to looking like justin. he's got that combination of strength, quickness and determination that just makes him dominant. I hope we can find a guy like that in the upcoming draft.

The closest Justin Smith clone after JJ Watt is Jared Crick, and the Texans got him too!!! Evil or Very Mad

According to FO through week 11, Grant is 6th in ST snaps (173) behind Dobbs (248), McBath (191), Dixon (179), Spillman (179 ), and Gooden (179), and has 3 more defensive snaps than Gooden (11, Cool

Does anyone remember the scene in remember the titans when the rev breaks his wrist and then johnny bass comes in and shows off his cannon/makes some big plays and the coach says "I think we found a QB" .... thats the niners this year lol they were doing well (undefeated), rev was solid but then this new guy came in and all of a sudden they were great

Yeah, but they had a dumbed-down playbook... only 6 offensive plays!

Yep, the old "veer" offense. Far too simplistic for Defenses these days.

Is there anyone buy me who think Oregon is better than both Bama and Georgia?

No, and I am of the opinion that Stanford would beat either of those teams as well. Pac-12 is criminally underrated this season. Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, and (when they are on their game) USC are easily on par with the top teams in the SEC. Washington isn't a joke either.

It's now end of the 3rd Q in the BAMA/GA game. GA is one of the worst tackling teams I've seen all year, and their offense doesn't look that good either. If they find some way to win this game there is ZERO chance I would vote them into the championship game. As for Bama, they wouldn't be looking very good either if GA could tackle like any decent team should. I would easily pick Oregon to fce ND. Stanford has no chance with their two losses, but they were both very close and they are so much better with their new QB that they probably would have won both of those games if he was in there. I think they would easily take ND in a rematch
