Wow Patrick Lee and Hanson are Raiders starting CB's and McClain is out at ILB for them. |

The Steelers should line up 3 wr for the game and throw throw throw on these CB. After the safeties are playing 20 yards back then try to run, out of the 3 wr set. _________________

Ben and the boys should have a field day vs the Raiders secondary.
Its really sad how bad the secondary has gotten in the matter of a few years. _________________

These are games the Steelers normally lose because they out think themselves. We'll get to see if Haley is any different then the OC who directed this offense prior. _________________

Yeah. Lets see this offense continue to grow. I'd also like to see our RBs do some damage this week.
...on another note, why are we so dead for the GDT? There are plenty of Steelers posters around. _________________

Yep, I hate these types of games...the one that shouldn't be, but yet we'll all be there w/ 2:00 minutes left in the 4th watching Palmer drive down the field nursing a 4 pt lead...ugh!!
Hopefully, as was stated, Haley will be different; he'll actually exploit the Raider's weaknesses as opposed to throwing the standard offense out on the field. I get the feeling he will. Even though we lost to Denver, he attacked the game from an offensive perspective the only way we could have won.
We should not run the ball more than 10 times in the 1st half, if even that much. This isn't a "ball-control" type of game...this is a "get up big early"-type of game and attempt to demoralize the opponent, IMO. Take their biggest weapon out of the equation in DMC.
Prediction:
Should be -- Steelers 31 Raiders 14
Afraid will be -- Steelers 16 Raiders 14
And "I'll go out of mind" will be -- Raiders 23 Steelers 17 _________________

What is good about Haley's offense is that it has demonstrated that we are capable of controlling the ball and the clock which will give us the Mariano/Bettis effect of closing out games rather than holding on to the lead. Love all the high flying offense but I for one love when I don't have to bite my fingernails and hang on at the end of games. _________________

Didn't they delay the 4:00 games so could be able to see the end of all the 1:00 games? Man, these games are taking forever anymore _________________

What a start!
My neighbor's son is over here watching the game. He literally just said "Palmer is going to throw an interception right here!"
