Not buying what? Just because a WR catches the ball doesn't mean it is always on the CB. On zone formations safeties and LBs get credited for allowing catches as well. For example, Rey Mauluaga allowed two catches to Hankerson and one to Morgan. _________________

With our LBs and Safeties I'm sure we gave up a ton of yards there. _________________

None by Mays though!!!! Truthfully, the Redskins WRs really didn't have that many yards. _________________

I get that, but Clements played safety too. Does this include his metrics there? Also, for the second week in a row, the opposition piled up big numbers by dumping off to the Rbs, so I guess this is accurate. I hadn't looked at any stats, and the WR numbers just seemed low. |

Yeah, it includes EVERYTHING regardless what position you play. Clements could be lined up at LB, CB, or S and everything is graded the same way. _________________

I think Jones has been playing very well this season. Gave up that TD to Santana Moss, but he had good coverage, it was just a perfect throw. Should definitely be Hall and Jones starting, with Clements at SS and Nelson at FS. Newman shouldn't even be on the field. _________________

Shouldn't be on any field.........
That cheap sidelines shot on RG3 nearly cost us the damn game, guy should get fired, and hopefully when Kirkpatrick is ready, he will...... _________________ " Democracy is a system where two idiots can out-vote a genius..........." |

Kirkpatrick will have some bumps in the road being a rookie, but we need his athleticism back there badly. _________________

Do you guys see Mays having a future on this team or he will be replaced? He's up and down but seems to be better in coverage this season compared to his SF days. I'm watching the next Cincy game to see if Clements is getting a fair share from y'all LOL. _________________

Clements might be hurt and not playing this weekend.
Mays has looked ok in coverage. He struggles with play recognition. I think we should look for a replacement this offseason assuming he doesn't drastically improve the rest of the way _________________

Week 4
Terence Newman:
Targets 6
Completions 2
Yards 23
YPA 3.8
PDs 2
Adam Jones
Targets 5
Completions 3
Yards 29
YPA 5.9
PDs 1
And Taylor Mays only allows one catch for five yards! How the heck has he managed to allow five combined yards in the last two games? _________________

I don't think he's playing all that much. _________________ If you're not in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?

He played 57% of the snaps in week 3 and played 57 of the 60 snaps in week 4. Maybe he is just the next Ronnie Lott . _________________

We played the Jags who were under pressure all day. That helps _________________
