Campbell didn't deserve this award. He didn't play poorly by any means Sunday but he didn't do anything to truly deserve this award. Racked up 2 easy sacks that his teammates set up for him. _________________

| Shucks, I thought DeMeco Ryans had a chance at DPOTW, with 9 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 sack, 1 INT. |

Yeah, was thinking the same thing for 'Meco. Guy looked like the old player he was prior to the ankle and elbow injury, just really played out of his mind last week.
Oh well. _________________

Well deserved for Hakeem. The guy is so quiet and humble he tends to go under the radar as far as headlines and publicity, but the guy was balling last week.

Or Matthews.
I don't think I understand this choice. Oh well. _________________

Yeah, there were probably three guys with a better case than Campbell. Not that Campbell is a bad player, obviously he's excellent, but there was nothing particularly amazing about his play this week IMO. Hell, if it was going to a Cardinal I would have given it to Peterson over Campbell. |

Or Sam Acho. Or Darnell Dockett.
Calais would have been way down my list for Cardinal nominees. _________________

Campbell tipped the pass that got picked off, and got two sacks, and got a big third down stop that I remember. Pretty worthy if you ask me. _________________

Dockett was the one to tip the ball that caused the INT to happen. _________________
