Who here likes bad movies? If so, you'll love this one.
Cliche, cheesy, garbage movie.

OK, but how big was Eastwood's revolver?

Was very excited about this movie until I saw the trailer. It looks god awful. Eastwood probably shouldnt have gotten back in front of the camera from the looks of it. Ill give it a watch sometime, but its not a must see for me anymore, especially with about 10 other movies that are out or coming out tomorrow that Id rather see.

Clint Eastwood doesnt waste his time. He sucks now. He cant act and cant direct. Dude should just retire and be done with Hollywood.

I think he's pretty entertaining when he speaks to chairs.

No I didn't. But not because it was cliche, it just wasn't interesting. I'm sure Clint Eastwood can keep me interested.

I don't know, I'm not an Eastwood fan. I think he's just a generic old man now a days.

Did you enjoy his performance in Gran Torino, or no?

Sure, I just appreciated the end of his character, the most of that movie. His lines of dialogue in that one, made his character better. Clint Eastwood in this though literally has nothing to work with besides grunting and being pissed off the entire time.

I think if it had better writers, and director the movie would be fine. The performances were fine IMO, it's just the lack of everything else.

He's been wasting time like this for several years now both acting and directing. How long before he does a film with his Director's chair as the star? Wink

I mean, I don't think his talent has just evaporated. I loved Gran Torino.

The gf wanted to see this, so we went tonight.

Horrible.

Also doesn't help that I cannot stand Amy Adams.

^ Yep, saw it this weekend, of course my girl friend loved it. But it was just so bad. Especially if you are a baseball fan or have any common knowledge about how scouting/drafting works. MY girlfriend is blissfully unaware of any of it so naturally she loved the sappiness. It was brutal and I found myself saying.... "no... please god, not the peanut kid" near the end. Much to my dismay it was of course, the peanut kid as the fat top prospect points out.

If only they had listened to Clint and heard his hands shift on the only curveball he has ever faced then they would've known he wasn't a top prospect.

This movie was turrible all the way through and yes, Clint Eastwood needs to hang em up.

This thing looks dreadful. I've gotta know: do JT and Amy Adams end up together? I can't tell from the obvious trailer.
