Give me a brad smith wildcat bomb. I'd take that. Fitz sucks at throwing the deep ball anyway. _________________

| Fitz has to do something this drive.. We need points and he has to get Stevie and Chandler more involved |

TD here would be huge..
FG better than nothing but still leaves it within a score.. _________________

The run game is working, they are just blanketing the short passes. We need to take a few shots deep. |
agreed.. even if it is just to keep them honest.. _________________

This game has been a perfect example of why Fitzpatrick is not the answer at quarterback. As soon as Spiller left the game the offense went flat. Spiller controlled the momentum and morale of the offense. If we had a franchise quarterback the offense would have continued to move along.
Hopefully the front office receives this obvious message.
I won't be holding my breath. _________________

Solid win. Hopefully we can get Spiller back in 6 weeks or so. My first reaction is a broken collarbone or separated shoulder. Good thing Jackson is on pace to return next week. _________________

Let's just pray he's good to go next week. | Between him and Freddy, we need one of them in there. Choice and White just aren't going to cut it. |
Choice could keep a front 7 honest...White should never be handed the ball! We need Freddy back if Spiller can't go! |
whats with the hate on White? he's obviously no Spiller or Jackson but he's a pretty good 3rd option at RB IMO. |
It's not really hate as a difference in opinion about what he brings to the table. He was supposed to be "the most underrated back in the draft", a hard finisher with good hands and surprising patience who could one day be a starter when he came out. IMO, on paper he looks to have ideal size for a RB, but his thick lower half hasn't translated into what I would call a powerful runner. He looks the part, but just doesn't play like you'd think on the field. His hands have not been as advertised, in fact he let's balls get to his chest. He has no 2nd gear, so he can't really break off any long runs and you'd never want him picking up a blitz because he simply can't. He is a good gunner though on ST. I'd rather have a speedier or better blocking back with better catching skills who could at least learn to be patient. Johnny already is patient, but it just doesn't seem to benefit him. Or maybe it is! Johnny is what he is and will not be getting any better. If we keep him in a 4th RB spot, he's fine because of what he brings to ST. I just wouldn't call him a viable option to run the ball. _________________

Good game and always nice to see us win the ones we should. Hope Spiller's injury isn't too serious. _________________

We pulled that out without our two best offensive players. Nice win. _________________
