I like DT Star Lotulelei quite a bit but there is NO WAY the Raiders would select him with DE/OLB Barkevious Mingo still on the board. They need to improve their pass rush and he would be able to play OLB on 1st and 2nd down and will be able to rush the quarterback on 3rd down.

Baltimore taking a CB isn't likely at all. Out of all the positions on defense it's the last place they need to add anybody else.
