Knile seems like he's trying to cut everything outside and doesnt have the burst like he did in 2010. Same thing happened to a RB we used to have cedric cobbs...he was great before his injury. But yeah we finally gave johnson 17 carries against auburn and we won...he upended a few guys in pass protection...the only negative i see with him is fumbles. Hes got a great skill set

I think Dennis and Knile might both end up being sleepers. Knile because I think he's going to regain his form so if he ends up coming out after this year(would be a mistake but could see it with Arkansas's HC situation being a ?) he might end up falling much further than he should.

Mike Gillislee
5'11 210lb

I'm a gator fan so I'm going to try too not hype him up too much. Let it suffice too say he's averaging 5.1 yards and gashed LSU for 146 yards. All of that in the SEC no less! We play defense down here doncha know.

I played vs. Rouse in HS. I remember watching the play from the sideline where i knew he was going to be special. He took a toss play, spun around our CB and cut back a little inside, then stepback juked our LB and then ran strait at our S and trucked the crap out of him. Like it was so bad that he trucked him and his momentum carried him into jumping over our S who was on the ground. It looked like the video below but he kept his feet...lol

He's gonna be a great scat back type for somebody, his quickness is incredible.

I agree. Like Doug Martin, he's an underrated runner who should rise in the post-season if he comes out.

One potential sleeper is John Hubert, the RB out of Kansas State. He's not the biggest (5'7", 191) or the most athletic, but he can do everything. He's an excellent pass blocker and even does some run blocking for Collin Klein. He's also a decent receiver when given the chance.

He'll never be a featured runner, but he has the potential to be one of the best 3rd down running backs in the league.

Hubert is one of my favorites to watch in CFB. Definition of a mighty mite.

But he's a junior and my assumption was that he wouldn't come out.

Yeah, that was in 2010, missed the rest of the season after that. It's why he's still playing now. Johnson has good speed and hits the hole exceptionally quick. He's also a good return man and a solid receiver out of the backfield. Biggest concern is whether he can carry a load, and he can be fumble prone sometimes.

It's hard to say what's wrong with Knile, though. Johnson seems to be getting better blocking consistently, which is odd. But Johnson also explodes through the hole, so it could be a matter of him getting through before the hole falls apart.

I want to bring Johnson again up after his performance today. Criminally underrated imo. As I said before, I really liked the kid after he gashed that amazing Florida defense in 2009. He got injured in 2010 though and never seemed to get the carries he deserved in 2011. They've finally started to give him the carries he deserves and he's producing.

If someone comes away with him in the 5th round, they're going to be very happy with him. Small, compact HB(5'9" 213) that hits the hole quickly, runs very hard(great leg drive), runs low to the ground and has some shiftiness.

I think I know what you're talking about...the 20ish yard run against Ole Miss where he dragged a pile of tacklers after running through 2 tackles a good 5 yards...
