BBC have confirmed Arsenal are in talks for MULTIPLE players
Follows up Geoff's tweets that there could be more..
Still about 3.5 hours left.

Chances are they were fooled by the fake Pepe Reina link just as everyone else way. Turns out it was from a fake verified account.

Folks, it does not involve a certain goalkeeper making the rounds. We're hearing talk of another defender.

Monreal has reportedly passed his medical, and The Sun is reporting it to be done, so we'll wait until someone other than The Sun confirms this..

Arsenal have agreed a fee for Nacho Monreal (£8.5m). (Sky Sports)
Less than initially thought - good price for him.

I think the Fox Soccer report was actually just Nacho Monreal.
There appears to be a slim chance we sign Villa, but other than that it looks to be an underwhelming day.

Yeah most likely - Fox Soccer isn't the type of outlet to be able to break any kind of transfer news.
Monreal is certainly more than I had hoped for today, so anything else is an added benefit

It's a nice deal and all, but I was really hoping for an attacking-oriented player. For a club that is built on its free-flowing style, our offense has just been way too predictable and inconsistent this year.
