I went with Portland here. I think other teams are deeper and/or have a better starting 5 than them.
Golden State was a close 2nd.

I really hope the Kings don't win the next poll. Golden State does have good potential though, I'll give them that.

They will be worse, but ionno about "pretty bad." They will have Horford back for this year, and they did add Lou Williams, Devin Harris, and good outside shooters like Korver, Morrow, and Jenkins.
They still got Smoove and Teague too. Zaza put up good numbers when he was in the starting lineup as well.
I could see them making the playoffs as the 7 or 8 seed.

I put the Bulls in here because Rose is gonna miss a chunk of time.

It depends on the Warriors health, because Bogut and Curry are injury concerns, and I don't like the depth as much as I do the Kings.
With that said, I do like the Warriors starting 5 more.
Both teams made some underrated acquisitions. I think Aaron Brooks will be pretty good for the Kings. Same with Jack and the Warriors.
