Period. He had once useful aspect as a runner. Wasn't a first rounder.

Behind that OL, not bloody likely. He'll get more touches, but Williams has continued to battle injuries too from what I've read. The only guy that can really seem to "create his own" path is Stephens-Howling and he's not going to get the touches, but he might see more meaningful ones now on third-downs. |
If LSH could "create his own" would he have had 8 carries for -14 yards last week. (Had to use that stat).
Williams on the other hand, while playing a lot in the fourth quarter had 13 carries for 85 yards.
I think Williams can get it done. William Powell is going to be a guy to watch out for. He had a very successful preseason.

| Beanie's probably going to be replaced and off the Cardinals pretty soon. I don't think RB's are going to be drafted in the 1st anymore unless they are supremely talented. |

Didnt they draft Williams to replace Beanie? I know a duo would be nice but Beanie cant stay healthy

Only decent? Beanie Wells is one of the best runners in the league when healthy. It's a shame that he can't stay on the field, because his combination of size, power and speed is fun to watch.

It did until this year. Now you can place one player on IR and designate him to return after 8 weeks, I believe.

The Williams pick was BPA but everyone knew Beanie gets banged up very frequently. With RW coming off a major injury he won't be fully healthy & explosive until next season. Beanie makes peanuts so I don't think he'll be cut or anything.
