No... It was going to take something like this to get done, and we were the victims in it. It was going to be one of the 32 teams, and we picked the shortest straw. I am just happy its done. Here's to hoping we can go on one hell of a run and get a home game in the playoffs! |

Yes too little too late. Here's to hoping the Seahawks get screwed over and lose at least 3 games because their scrub team can't win a legit game so there is no excuse for a tie breaker.
Seriously, I still wish bad things especially for Pete Carroll, Golden Tate and Russell Wilson. [MOD EDIT] that act like that was legit, goes triple for their fans that think it was legit. I can't name them by name but you know who you are.
I get banned for that, so be it. Every Packer fan here, know I love you.

Yea, finally forced to take action after they realized they could lose money if they don't attempt to bring "pro" football back. All this while fans are doing all they can just to go watch a game or even just on tv. |

Do you guys feel the first week or two still may have bad officiating since they have been away from the game for more than normal? It happens to players why not coaches? And I remember reading somewhere the refs liked preseason because it helped them get back into the swing of things.. Just something I was thinking about, still shouldn't be as bad as game winning interceptions but probably a lot more missed calls than normal for them _________________

You obviously don't know the difference between a strike and a lockout do you? |

About 3 days too late.
Oh well. At least we know that we wont be seeing any more Monday night debacles for eight more years. _________________

i want to know what the numbers were for everything.
How many people cancelled TV football packages?
How many people said they were done with the NFL?
What was the final dollar amount capitulated?
Was it worth it?
Maybe the one good thing from all this is MM will consider running the ball
or changing game plans instead of sticking to non working play calls.
There has to be a rematch in post season Packers Vs. Seahawks. _________________

Exactly the right attitude, good man.
The season starts this week. Let's start by blocking somebody in the first quarter. |

Here's a warning.
You've been here long enough to know that isn't going to fly here. I expect better of a veteran poster like yourself. _________________

In the end it was all settled for the cost of a 30 second Super Bowl commercial. |
