Sorry, jfl51. You disappeared.
CB Antonio Cromartie: 3 tackles, 2 PD; did they even complete a pass against him?
WR Chaz Schilens: 3 catches, 45 yards
OLB Calvin Pace: 4 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 sack
ILB David Harris: 11 tackles
KR Joe McKnight: 2 returns, 73 yards (long of 44 yards) _________________

I have to give it to Cromartie. He came out and said that he is now the best, and played like it. I don't remember him giving up a big play.
I like Schilens now, it was just sad that he had to work with such poor QB play. If Mark played well, Schilens could of had a 100+yard game. _________________

I didn't disappear. The Jets disappeared. Cro did his part, Schilens wasn't bad either. But nobody else was there. _________________

I'd also give it to Cromartie. I'm a little concerned about Kyle Wilson when the Jets face a better QB, but hopefully he'll continue to improve as the season goes on. _________________

| Nobody was player of the game because you have to actually play a game to have a player of the game and the Jets did not play anything that resembled a game today. |

Cro played very well today. I'm impressed he's stepping up. Glad to see someone taking pride in his job. _________________

That rookie defensive end that you guys have played extremely well when he was in. Kept hearing his name called on short gains and losses. Maybe he needs more playing time? _________________

Yeah. Coples. Plenty of people on here were calling for him to get more snaps. I think this game can go a long way in achieving that. _________________

I would love to see him on the field more. _________________

Coples was the player I was going to come in and say deserved some props. Frankly, looked like one of the only Jets yesterday to play with some heart.
Cromartie was probably the best player, if anybody deserves it though. Actually performed very well in the "Revis role". |
