Ringer will be out 4-6 weeks with a MCL injury. I doubt he'll be back after this season.

I wonder who said that. A quick glance at our roster and I didn't see many of the typical high ranked teams except a few USC guys. |

No way its wright. Baylor was never number 2 if I remember right.
It was more and likely griff. Hes a punk and has never loved this team or his teammates like a ray lewis for example ( I know. Not many people are like ray ray) He gave up on this team last year and wanted to leave..We should have let him.

I thought of Griffin, but was wondering how he could ever say something like that when he is one of our biggest weaknesses.
Plus he won the national championship his junior year, so why would you say you were the second best?

Yes, but they won so how could you consider yourself second?
Also, I just looked up high school championships and don't see his school. (bowie hs) so I guess he wasn't on a #1 high school team so I don't think it was him.

Jake Locker is starting to lose some confidence from me. He sees his team is practically at rock bottom, mostly because of our inept backup QB, and he's not gonna play through the pain?
I guess the days of people like McNair and Favre, who'd play through anything to help their team, is gone.
And I don't even want to hear "we're 1-4. no reason to risk him". We started 1-4 back in 02 as well, and we weren't even coming off a successful season. In 2001 we went 7-9. Last year we were 9-7. |
