Our D won this game and made up for their mistakes. Too bad Clem made that strange penalty that could of given a freebee for RW to go for a late TD and not worry as much about turnovers.
All in a nut shell, RW is not the big discusson this week because he didn't make many bone headed mistakes as others did but needs to trust his arm strenght in the red zone when his target has the defender beat. Glad to see the Hawks mix it up on the O and INT's will happen in the NFL so I didn't get my panties in a bunch yesterday. RW just waited to long for the route to develope on that pick 6. |

I really don't care who starts at QB to be honest but i hate how fans act like Flynn is Tom Brady sitting on the bench.
Sure he had a historic game against the Lions but that Secondary was awful and the way there D-Line gets pushed around in the run game is pretty bad. _________________

I had one hell of a weekend. USC vs GA. A total blow out then drove to Charlotte. Seattle brought their weather with them! I loved that the stadium got load on the 4th and goal stand. The panthers fan base is *** haha. I wanted to see the Cam vs Kam goal line battle but the Panthers play calling the whole game was terrible. Our D was out standing! I finally got to yell "BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE" That kid is a monster. I made everone in my section leave i was yelling so much. _________________ Go Hawks!

After re-watching the game, here are a few observations that I have made
*Mike Rob put a nice hit on Luke Kuechly when Russell Wilson took off out of the pocket.
*The penalties killed us the most this game than they have so far. We didn't just lose yards, we lost big plays (like a 50 + change yard throw to Golden Tate on our second drive).
*On the bootleg where Russell tried to run but got tackled by the defensive player that Zach Miller was blocking, that was all on Russ. Miller had the guy blocked well, but he managed to disengage off Miller. Wilson should have gone to the outside, where he would have gotten the first down for sure.(Miller had outside containment) It didn't matter as we converted the third down, but that could have come back to bite us.
*Sidney Rice played well. He made some great catches.
*Russell Wilson missed Doug Baldwin for an easy TD in the 2nd half (at 9:17). I feel like he checked down too early. He had a great pocket.
*Zach Miller is money on thos 10-20 yard intermediate throws across the middle.
*(We need to throw more screens. They worked pretty well for the most part)
*Russell Okung had a quietly good game. The Panthers don't have a premiere RE, but he also kept the penalties to a minimum. He did have 1 offensive holding cal, but it was a bad call IMO.
*James Carpenter also impressed me a lot. He held up well in pass protection and was moving players in the run game.
*Brandon Mebane was killing the double teams. I noticed that whenever he ended up 1-on-1, he made something happen.
*Our goal-line D is nigh unbeatable.
*The newfound speed on our D made a big difference. Bobby Wagner did things that the Heater couldn't. And Bruce obviously added another dimension. _________________

Max Unger was also caught up in that, so I'm not sure what happened _________________

I rewatched that play, and I had no idea why they were downfield. Maybe they thought that Russell Wilson took off out of the pocket _________________
