That cast on Alshon's arm does not look good... At least for him it's 2 weeks til the next game. _________________

Lovie Smith is now 64-12 with the Bears when we score 18 points or more…
Jay didn’t have a great game making some poor decisions & throws but he done enough to put us in the position to win…was far better in the 2nd half that he was in the 1st…
Forte & Bush looked real good this year…Forte went over 100 yards on the ground and Bush did more than just spell him with some outstanding plays…even Allen had some nice runs…
Marshall showed us all what we have been missing for years dominating as a #1…Alshon made some nice plays…Hester had a big catch…once Bennett comes back we will be real good on the outside…Davis contributed a little and Spaeth was solid when blocking…
The Oline as a whole was good…Webb’s name wasn’t called once and he kept Jay clean all day…Carimi had a rough day giving up penalties & a sack but his run blocking was solid…the rest of the Oline held up very well…
The Dline wasn’t as dominant as we expected them to be today but they did enough…played very well against the run for the most part…
Briggs was outstanding again today…Urlacher continues to struggle physically but he is still the reason we have guys in the right place at the right time…Roach was solid…
Jennings was beat deep on one play but made 3 or 4 to make up for it…Tillman was his usual self getting a turnover and being solid all round…Conte & Major made their plays as did DJ Moore…
Overall the 1st half was a little worrying but the 2nd half showed what we are capable of..only concern would be Alshon's hand...hopefully it's just a sprain and he will be back after the bye week along with Bennett & E-Rod. |

We need to come out with the 2nd half offence. That was good all the way around.
Maybe we should simulate a half in the locker room before the game. _________________

What a second half. I think we were all worried after the first half but that was an absolutely superb performance. The game seemed to go so quickly because I enjoyed it so much! Marshall, Wootton, Forte, Briggs all had brilliant games. Massive, massive win with the Packers losing too. _________________

I doubt it. I checked the 2002 Bucs, because they had a bunch of defensive scores that year, but they never did it. |

B-Marsh has back to back 100 yard games, the 1st Bears WR to do that since Marcus Robinson in 1999.
That was Peanut's 8th defensive TD of his career, besting Mike Brown's franchise record. He extended his record of pick sixes with 7. |

The team lead at WR last year was 37 catches. Marsh might triple that. |
