I think you have having some post concussion syndromes. Would likely explain the headaches.
For real though - I am just busting your chops. |

They are both really good players. I think it is a toss up to be honest. Dez is probably more polished and DT is just a beast. I think DT will end up being the better player, but I have VERY high hopes. _________________ RIP Darrent Williams |

Dez isn't quite the physical specimen, but I think he's the slightly better athlete. Demaryius has had some great catches, but Dez has phenomenal ability to make catches and run after the catch. I am excited to see how both progress. _________________

Dez has definitely impressed lately no question about it. He has elite YAC ability that I think is top 5 in the league. He hasn't been making nearly as many mental errors lately and is showing good consistency to go with it.
I'll still take Demaryius though. The guy has been a flat out monster the past 19 games after getting healthy. Both have massive potential but Thomas has emerged on an elite level quicker. Will be fun to watch them progress for sure. _________________

Both are progressing towards being top 10 locks at the position. _________________

Yeahhh...I'm a Bronco's fan and while I'd take DT, its certainly been getting closer. Both starting to show why they were drafted in the 1st. |

Dez Bryant last 4 games - 29 catches, 475 yards, 6 TD's
Demaryius Thomas last 4 games - 24 catches, 358 yards, 4 TD's
both receivers are on fire. personally for the Cowboys I'd keep Dez just because I think he has the higher potential and more ability to take over a game than DT does. _________________

Some of Dez's stats come from teams playing prevent and when teams have had big leads. Though he has improved. _________________

Who of the 4 teams included in the above went prevent? Philly lost twice and wasn't in prevent, Cleveland lost and wasn't in prevent and Washington won by a touchdown but wasn't in prevent to my recollection _________________

In a vacuum, I like Dez better than Thomas.
I think Dez has better receiver skill set as well as being, physically, a better athlete in my opinion. Having Peyton Manning certainly helps Thomas's case.
But with how Dez has come on as of late, I think there's a legitimate case for him being a top 10 receiver. If the Cowboys make the playoffs (and thats a big IF), he could end up having a very impactful postseason akin to Hakeem Nicks and Larry Fitzgerald. I believe he has that potential. |
