Pete Kozma. LOL |
Please. Not only was it a good call, but the Braves weren't coming back from that. The next 4 batters made weak outs. |
A good call? You never see an infield fly call 50 feet into the outfield. Don't defend one of the worst calls in recent memory. |

Lol at good call.
And that's terrible logic. That's like saying the bartman play didn't mean anything cuz the cubs didn't comeback after it. |

I know, the way he would have scored all those runs in game 3 and shut down the Cards hitters coming out of the bullpen would have made all the difference. |
The dynamics of the series would have been completely different had Stras been active. Don't know why you even made that comment because it isn't applicable whatsoever. _________________

Blame Gonzalez for that game not bartman. That's stupid.

What the hell? Just looked at ESPN.com and saw the score.
About a month ago I was excited because a lot of teams I like were in the hunt. Rays, Braves, Orioles, As, Nationals, Angels(kinda). _________________

Because people who haven't watched every single non-weekday 1:00 PM start of Strasburg's season imply that shutting him down cost us the world series. When in fact, it was our awful hitting with RISP and blown leads that cost us this series.
Strasburg playing would not have made LaRoche and Werth suck less in games 1-3. It would not have made Zim and Jackson both fail. In fact, the starter who got the job in place of Strasburg was Ross Detwiler.
Strasburg was struggling, slowing down and playing very erratic at the end of the season. From July to September, he struggled to have back to back good games because he was inconsistent and not ready to play a full season. The Nats lost because they couldnt hit when it mattered and shut down the opposing team after scoring, not because of Strasburg. _________________

Guys, check the ESPN boards. Nats fans are going strong with the "we're still the better team" posts. _________________

My heart can't tak anymore Cardinals postseason baseball though. I'll have a heart attack by the time I'm 25. _________________

I remember Titans fans saying that when we knocked them out in 08. I'm like, do you want to be the best team or win a championship? _________________
